Coaching & Mentoring
What does your coaching involve?
My coaching blends practical business strategy with personal development. You’ll get tailored sessions, honest feedback, and accountability to help you grow as a self-employed mortgage broker or business owner.
How long does coaching last?
It depends on what you need. Some clients work with me for just a few months to gain momentum, while others continue longer term for ongoing support and growth. There are no long term contracts, in fact, there are no contracts.
Do you only work with experienced brokers?
No. I work with brokers at all stages — from those just starting out after gaining their CeMAP qualification, to seasoned advisers running established firms.
What results can I expect?
Clients typically gain clarity on their goals, improve productivity, strengthen leadership, and build businesses that reflect their personal values.
Self-Employed Broker Pathways
What are the pathways?
There are three:
- Newly qualified brokers with CeMAP who need support achieving CAS and building business foundations.
- Advisers ready to go independent under their own trading style.
- Experienced brokers who want to become Appointed Representatives and grow within a network structure.
Do I need CeMAP to work with you?
Yes. CeMAP (or an equivalent FCA-recognised qualification) is required before you can give mortgage advice. If you’re newly qualified, I can help you move on to Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
What is CAS?
Competent Adviser Status means you’ve demonstrated the ability to advise clients responsibly and independently — usually by completing several suitable mortgage and/or protection cases. I’ll support you through this process.
What is an Appointed Representative (AR)?
An AR is a broker or firm that operates under the permissions of a directly authorised network. As the network, we provide regulatory oversight, compliance and support so you can focus on advising and growing your business.

How do I book a discovery call?
You can book directly through the website. We’ll use that time to explore your situation and decide the best next step.
Do you cover compliance and regulation?
Yes. While I don’t replace the role of your compliance team or network, I provide guidance so you understand your obligations and stay on track.
Do you guarantee success?
No coach can guarantee results, but I can promise to work with honesty, integrity and commitment, giving you the tools and accountability to achieve your goals.
How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on your chosen pathway or coaching programme. We’ll cover this in your discovery call so you have a clear understanding before committing.
